Sinopsis:
Seluruh penghuni Metro City tahu siapa Megamind (Will Ferrell). Penjahat super yang penuh dengan tipu daya ini memang selalu mengancam seluruh isi kota Metro. Kalau tak ada Metro Man (Brad Pitt), entah apa jadinya Metro City. Sayangnya, keadaan akan segera berubah. Tak ada lagi yang akan membela penghuni Metro City karena Megamind punya rencana keji untuk menghabisi Metro Man.
Dengan rencana yang matang, rencana menghabisi Metro Man pun berhasil dan kini warga Metro City tak lagi punya superhero yang akan melindungi mereka. Celakanya, berhasil membunuh Metro Man ternyata malah mendatangkan masalah baru buat Megamind. Tanpa Metro Man, artinya tak ada lagi yang bisa menghalangi Megamind. Kini, Megamind seolah kehilangan tujuan hidup.
Megamind memang bukan sembarang penjahat super. Ia jenius dan tak mudah menyerah. Tak ingin kehilangan tujuan hidup, Megamind pun menciptakan seorang superhero baru yang punya kekuatan jauh lebih hebat dari Metro Man. Megamind menyebutnya Titan (Jonah Hill). Tapi tak lama kemudian, masalah baru datang. Titan bosan menjadi superhero dan bermaksud menjadi penjahat super seperti Megamind. Bedanya, kalau Megamind bermaksud menguasai dunia, Titan justru bermaksud memusnahkannya. Sekarang, peran jadi berbalik, Megamind harus berusaha sekuat tenaga untuk mencegah niat buruk Titan.
